The specific information management roles within the project team and each task team are detailed in this section of the BEP. A Responsibilities, Authorities, Consultation and Inform (RACI) table may be used to define the activities and correspondence required on the project.

Milestones

This section sets the programme’s major project milestones and the PIM delivery strategy. The milestones should be drawn from the project management programme or the Master Information Delivery Plan (see Master Information Delivery Plan section); they will be different for each project, determined by the project management practices in place.
